Website Pricing Policies

All advertised prices on the website are discounted to reflect payment via cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, company check or personal check and do not include shipping. All sales in the State of Illinois are subject to applicable Sales Tax as required by law. Please note that retail prices are provided as a point of reference and are based on our best research at the time of posting. All sales will be conducted in US Dollars (USD).

Payments

We accept certified checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers and money orders for immediate shipping. Personal checks and credit cards are accepted but please allow up to 10 business days for payments to clear our account. We accept Paypal from verified Paypal members only and ship to verified Paypal addresses only. For credit card orders, we will ship only to billing address. Credit Card orders require additional approval form to be completed for final authorization by Cy Fredrics Jewelers and credit card merchant processor.

Shipping Policies

Cy Fredrics Jewelers only ships to addresses within the United States. All items are shipped by UPS Overnight delivery with Adult Signature Required and insured for full purchase price against theft, damage, or loss while in transit. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All items are packaged discreetly and without declared value. Due to the nature of our items, all items are and will be covered by full third party insurance in the event of loss/theft. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges. Insurance is not optional because all items must be insured against loss or theft.

Returns

We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cy Fredrics Jewelers. We have built our business around referrals from our most satisfied customers. We stand behind all of the product we sell and we guarantee your satisfaction. All of our items are 100% authentic, as advertised. Items that were purchased from our inventory and not Special Order Items may be returned within 3 days for a full refund. To receive a refund on non-Special Order Items, you must call us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization. All returns must be pre-approved by Cy Fredrics Jewelers via, mail, fax, or e-mail before you can ship the returned item. A Return For Inspection (RFI) approval code can be attained by contacting our showroom via e-mail or phone. Item has to be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes and warranties as shipped by Cy Fredrics Jewelers. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches or any indication that the item has been worn or sized in any manner. If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension, please contact us prior to purchasing. Again, all returned merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when it left our showroom in order for a return or exchange to be possible. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover any credit card fees, financing charges, insurance costs and shipping expenses. Restocking fees may be waived on exchanges of higher value. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. Any dispute relating in any way for products sold through Cy Fredrics Jewelers shall be adjudicated in any court in Cook County, Illinois and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
